The Evolution of Yamapi's Freaky Hairdo
On my previous post, we saw how *cough*disastrous*cough* G-Dragon's hair is. But this time, one hottie will show us why he should be the king of freaky hairstyles. Tonight folks, the spotlight is on YAMAPI's hair.
Sexy. Hot. Yummy.
...hey, why are you all staring at his voluptuous body?! I said the spotlight is on his hair, not on his body! Now control those passionate emotions, stop drooling over your keyboards and read on.
A couple of days ago I saw the PV for NEWS' new single, Koi no ABO. I must say that this PV is quite different from all of NEWS' previous PVs. In Koi no ABO's PV we see a more mature and in a way, manlier NEWS members. Goodbye to the days of cutey-cute-cute PVs such as Summer Time, Happy Birthday, and [insert all those childish NEWS PVs]. But hey, I'm not here to talk about how awesome the PV is. I'm here to talk about the horrible, grotesque, hideous, revolting, horrendous and [insert all the fu*cked up words you've heard since you were five] thing I saw in that PV. Yes, that sickening thing is called Yamapi's hair. Here are some screen caps of his hair. See at your own risk. Don't tell me I didn't warn you.
Oooh, Pi looks a lot like my little Browny. Yes my little Browny is a dog (-_-). Now before you scream 'bullshit' or 'what the fuck' at Pi's recent (and freaking fugly) hairdo, let me first show you how it became like what it is now. Yes folks, this is a history lesson where I'll show you how an extremely hot guy evolve into a little doggy. Oops sorry my bad, I mean I'll show you the evolution of Pi's hair.
Looking back...
Yes, that cute little boy is my dear Yamapi when he was around fourteen years old. The picture on the right was during his Ppoi days in 1999. How nostalgic right? Clearly, his hair is not yet a fashion disaster at this time. I like how he look during this time--clean, fresh, innocent, and cute. OMG, I might have been a pedo if I was older than him during this time. The cute innocent smile makes me want to violate him (x_x)
In 2003, with his drama Stand Up, we see a very thin and young Yamapi with brownish hair. I like his hairstyle during this time although I still think that it could have been better if it was black or a darker shade of brown. And omg, he was so thin. I fear that the wind would take him far away if it blew really hard.
Two years after, he grew some muscles but he still have that brownish hair although this time the shade is a bit darker. I prefer his look during this time rather than the previous one. Well, mainly because of the muscles. Yes, I'm weak to guys with yummy-licious bodies....
...and innocent-looking little boys. No, I'm not a pedo!!!!!
In 2006, Yamapi sported a black and weird-looking hair in his drama, Kurosagi. Why weird-looking you ask? Well, for some reason his hair looks like a wig. The effect of chemicals perhaps?
In 2007, we see Yamapi act as a regretful lover in Proposal Daisakusen which for me is his best drama so far. In this drama he sports the hairstyle I love most.
His hairstyle in this drama suits him quite well don't you think? And he looks really manly. This is his best look for me. I wish it stayed that way (-_-). However, his hair started to take a turn for the worse a year after Proposal Daisakusen.
In 2008, with his new drama Code Blue comes a new hairstyle which caused uneasiness among his fans. Never before we saw Pi with curls. But with the airing of Code Blue we saw just how messy he would look like in a curly hair (-_-)
However, it seems like Pi can't get enough of his curly hairstyle. In 2009, he stuck with the curls. Only this time, it evolved into something more horrifying. Yes folks, the horrendous evolution of his curls is what we see now in the PV of Koi no Abo.
